Hirers post an opportunity, artists apply with exactly what the role asks for, and hirers shortlist and mark who they've hired. Hirers can also hire an artist directly from their profile.

Reviews are hirer to artist and only after a real hire, so ratings reflect actual work rather than anonymous opinions. An artist can dispute a review, which sends it to our team.

No. MyRangManch is about discovery and connection. Pay is shown for information only, and the two sides settle terms directly once they connect.

ID documents are stored in a private, encrypted vault and are only ever seen by an admin during verification. The document is never shown publicly or shared.
