Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyRangManch, a professional networking and casting platform for India's entertainment industry (the "Platform"), operated by the MyRangManch team ("MyRangManch", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. A performer under the age of 18 may only be represented on the Platform by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide their details and accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and remains responsible for all activity on the account. By using the Platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to accept these Terms.

2. Accounts

Artists and hirers use separate accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Hirer verification

Hirers must complete an identity verification before they can post opportunities or message talent. You agree to provide accurate identity information and understand that verification is a manual review that may take time. We may approve, reject, or revoke verification at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • post false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content;
  • harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person or organisation;
  • solicit money under false pretences, or offer or request anything illegal;
  • upload malware, scrape the Platform, or attempt to breach its security;
  • discriminate unlawfully, or share content that is obscene, hateful, or exploitative.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the profiles, media, posts, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content you grant MyRangManch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Opportunities, applications & hiring

MyRangManch is a venue for discovery and connection. We do not process payments and are not a party to any arrangement, contract, audition, or engagement between artists and hirers. Any pay figures shown are informational only. We do not guarantee any opportunity, application outcome, hire, or the conduct of any user. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for agreeing terms directly with the other party.

7. Reviews

Reviews may only be left by a hirer for an artist they have actually hired, and must be honest and lawful. An artist may dispute a review, which our team will review. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by MyRangManch and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any user or content is accurate or trustworthy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRangManch and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, revenue, or reputation, arising from your use of the Platform or any dealings with other users.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyRangManch from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
