Definitions

• "Platform" / "Website" / "we" / "us" / "our" means MyRangManch, operated by Unified Business Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, and any associated app, website, or service.
• "User" means anyone who accesses or uses the Platform, including Hirers and Artists.
• "Hirer" means any casting agency, production house, brand, event organizer, or individual/company that posts casting calls, auditions, or opportunities, or otherwise seeks to engage Artists through the Platform.
• "Artist" means any individual offering acting, modeling, dancing, or other performance/talent services through the Platform.
• "Listing" means any casting call, audition notice, opportunity, or profile listed on the Platform.
• "Engagement" means any agreement, arrangement, audition, or assignment entered into between a Hirer and an Artist, whether or not facilitated through the Platform.
• "Content" means any text, images, video, audio, portfolio material, or other material uploaded or submitted by a User.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using MyRangManch in any way, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform; continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old, or be represented by a parent/legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf if you are a minor engaging in creative/artistic work (subject to applicable child-performer laws);
2. Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
3. Not be barred from using such services under any applicable law; and
4. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Nature of the Platform — We Are an Intermediary Only

MyRangManch is an online marketplace and intermediary that connects Hirers and Artists. We are not:

• A talent/casting agency, employer, staffing agency, or agent for either party;
• A party to any Engagement, contract, negotiation, or communication between a Hirer and an Artist;
• Responsible for verifying, guaranteeing, or endorsing the identity, credentials, intentions, competence, or conduct of any User, casting call, or Listing, beyond such basic checks as we may choose to perform at our discretion.

Nothing on the Platform, including any Listing, badge, or profile marking, constitutes an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between MyRangManch and any User, or between a Hirer and an Artist.

Users are solely responsible for exercising their own judgment and due diligence before engaging with any other User, attending any audition, sharing personal information, or entering into any Engagement.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee that:

• Any Artist will be selected, cast, hired, or paid;
• Any Hirer will find suitable Artists;
• Any Listing, casting call, or Engagement is genuine, accurate, or free of misrepresentation;
• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5. Fees Policy — No Charges to Artists for Registration or Selection

Artists shall never be required to pay any registration fee, membership fee, "audition fee," "portfolio fee," "verification fee," or similar upfront charge to a Hirer as a condition of applying for, auditioning for, or being considered for any Listing. This is a core policy of the Platform, intended to protect Artists from fraudulent schemes. Any Hirer found to be charging or soliciting such fees from Artists may have their account suspended or permanently terminated without notice or refund of any fees paid to us.

Fees charged by MyRangManch itself (e.g., subscription plans, promoted listings, verification badges) will be clearly disclosed on the Platform and are separate from any dealings between Hirers and Artists.

6. Identity, Verification, and Accuracy of Information

Users agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete details about themselves or their organization, including a genuine and verifiable website URL and social media accounts where such details are provided;
• Promptly update their information if it changes; and
• Not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent their affiliation with any person or entity.

We do not and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any User's claimed identity, website, social media presence, or credentials. Any verification badge, check, or score we may display is based solely on information submitted by the User or basic automated checks, and is provided for convenience only — it is not an endorsement, guarantee, or representation by us as to that User's genuineness. Users are responsible for independently verifying the identity and legitimacy of any other User before engaging with them.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to request additional verification (business registration documents, ID proof, official email domains, etc.) from any Hirer or Artist, and to suspend accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification when requested.

A Hirer who submits identity documents for verification confirms that the documents are their own and genuine, and consents to their use for verification as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting them, the Hirer also confirms that they will never ask Artists for a registration, audition, processing or any other fee (see Section 5). Accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy when creating an account is that consent; no separate declaration is asked for at the time of verification.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

1. Post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information, Listings, or Content;
2. Charge or solicit any prohibited fee from Artists (see Section 5);
3. Use fake, stolen, or impersonated identities, business names, website URLs, or social media accounts;
4. Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any User;
5. Solicit or share personal contact details for purposes of circumventing the Platform in furtherance of a scam;
6. Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
7. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including solicitation of sexually exploitative content, exploitation of minors, human trafficking, or any other illegal activity;
8. Attempt to interfere with, hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform's normal operation.

Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of the User's account, removal of Content, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

8. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of the Content they post but grant MyRangManch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. Users represent that they own or have the necessary rights to any Content they upload, and that such Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, moderate, remove, or refuse any Content or Listing at our sole discretion, without liability to the User.

9. Relationship Between Hirers and Artists

Any Engagement entered into between a Hirer and an Artist — including any audition, casting, contract, or payment arrangement — is strictly between those Users. MyRangManch:

• Is not a party to, and has no responsibility for enforcing, any such Engagement;
• Does not mediate, guarantee, or process payments between Hirers and Artists (unless we explicitly offer a payment facilitation feature, in which case separate terms will apply);
• Has no liability for any dispute, non-payment, breach of contract, harassment, safety incident, or other issue arising between a Hirer and an Artist.

Users are strongly encouraged to conduct in-person meetings, auditions, and shoots in safe, public, or verified environments, and to independently verify the other party's identity and legitimacy before proceeding.

10. Reporting and Grievance Mechanism

Users can report suspicious Listings, fraudulent fee demands, fake identities, or any violation of these Terms using the Report option on any profile, listing, post, or conversation, or by writing to us through our Contact page. We will review reports and may suspend or remove accounts found to be in violation, at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee investigation timelines or outcomes for any specific report.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content, Listings, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant or guarantee the genuineness, safety, or legitimacy of any User, Listing, or Engagement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyRangManch, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

1. Any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from any interaction, Engagement, transaction, or dispute between a Hirer and an Artist, including fraudulent fee demands, non-payment, harassment, or misrepresentation of identity;
2. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, profits, opportunity, or reputation;
3. Any Content posted by Users, including false or misleading Listings;
4. Any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, a User's account, data, or Content;
5. Any acts or omissions of third parties, including other Users.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by that User to MyRangManch in the preceding 3 months, or ₹5,000 — whichever is lower.

13. Indemnification

Each User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyRangManch, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

1. That User's breach of these Terms;
2. That User's Content or Listings;
3. That User's interaction, Engagement, or dispute with another User;
4. That User's violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User's account or access to the Platform, including (without limitation) where we believe a User:

• Has charged or attempted to charge prohibited fees from Artists;
• Has posted false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including inaccurate website/social media details;
• Has violated these Terms, our policies, or applicable law;
• Poses a risk to the safety, security, or integrity of the Platform or its Users.

Termination of an account does not entitle the User to any refund of fees already paid to MyRangManch, except as required by law or at our discretion.

15. Disputes Between Users

Users agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with the other User involved. MyRangManch is under no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between Users, but may, at its discretion, assist by providing information or facilitating communication. Users release MyRangManch from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of disputes with other Users, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

17. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that or any other provision.
