Originally from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, he came to Mumbai in 2012 to pursue acting. He has been consistently active in screen work since 2013, and has also built strong experience in theatre since 2016, where he has played the lead role in several famous and classical plays. Ajay Raju has attended several acting workshops and regularly reads fiction and nonfiction books to continuously improve his knowledge, which has further sharpened his craft. For him, acting isn’t just a profession; it’s the way he understands the world and brings characters to life. He believes in natural, realistic acting, and he approaches every character using his skills, training, and experience, always aiming to satisfy the writer, director, and audience.
