Genuine casting directors, production houses and agencies are paid by the production.
They don't charge actors to audition or to be considered.
असली कास्टिंग डायरेक्टर, प्रोडक्शन हाउस और एजेंसियों को पैसे प्रोडक्शन देता है।
वे ऑडिशन या सिलेक्शन के लिए एक्टर्स से पैसे नहीं लेते।
Legitimate agents and managers earn a commission (commonly around 10–20%) only after you actually get paid work.

A fee to “forward your profile to multiple agencies”.
Agencies find actors through their own channels, and a profile submission costs nothing.

Fees for “guaranteed” roles, or pressure like “pay today or the slot is gone”.
“पक्का रोल” दिलाने की फ़ीस, या “आज पैसे दो, वरना स्लॉट चला जाएगा” जैसा दबाव।
Requests to pay into a personal UPI or bank account, or a refusal to give a company name, address or GST details.
किसी के पर्सनल UPI या बैंक अकाउंट में पैसे भेजने को कहना, या कंपनी का नाम, पता या GST डिटेल देने से मना करना।

Not a part payment, not a refundable deposit. A real selection never needs one.
