There’s a strange kind of magic in waiting backstage right before the lights hit, that exact second where all the prep fades and you just have to trust the character. 🎭✨

CHINMAY JAGTAP
Theatre and film actor
About
Thane, Maharashtra
Hi, I’m Chinmay Jagtap. I’m based in Thane and have spent the last four years deeply immersed in the craft of acting, training intensively under Ramnath Tharwal. That workshop grounding completely shaped how I approach characters. I really value the process of breaking down a script, finding the truth in a scene, and building a performance from the ground up. Outside of acting, I’m a passionate guitarist. Playing music has given me a strong sense of rhythm, timing, and listening closely to the energy of the people I'm working with, which translates directly onto the stage and set. I’m naturally drawn to roles that have depth and emotional honesty, but I’m also adaptable and love the energy of fast-paced commercial sets. I'm excited to be here, and I'm really looking forward to bringing my focus and dedication to whatever you're casting for."
